Terms & Content Policy

Claude Gaming is a place to share and play games made with Claude. You can upload games, others can play and remix them. Be decent, own what you upload, and don't upload anything illegal or harmful. We can remove content and accounts that break these rules.

You may upload games (a single HTML file or a ZIP bundle) that:

• you created, or have the right to share;
• you own or have permission to use all assets in (art, music, code, fonts);
• are safe to run in someone else's browser.

Don't upload or post anything that:

• is illegal, or infringes someone else's copyright or trademark;
• contains malware, crypto-miners, phishing, or tries to break out of the game sandbox;
• is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or targets or endangers minors;
• is spam, a scam, or deliberately misleading.

We may remove any game and suspend any account that breaks these rules, at our discretion.

You keep ownership of the games you upload. By uploading, you grant Claude Gaming the permission needed to host your game and show it to players (store it, serve it, display its title, description and thumbnail). You can delete your games or your account at any time from your dashboard.

Every game has a Report button — use it to flag anything that breaks these rules. If you believe a game infringes your copyright, report it (or contact us) with enough detail to identify the game, and we'll review and remove it where appropriate.

Games are made by the community, not by us. Every game runs inside a sandboxed frame, isolated from the site and your account. Still, we don't pre-screen every upload — play sensibly, and report anything that seems off.

We keep things minimal. We store the account info you give us (email and username) and the games you upload. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-light analytics to understand traffic in aggregate. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it except as needed to run the service. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

Claude Gaming is provided "as is", without warranties. We do our best to keep it running and safe, but we're not liable for user-generated content or for issues arising from games you choose to play. Use of the service is at your own risk.
